Jim is a lifetime resident of northeast Colorado, licensed since 1981 he became the owner of Omni West Real Estate in 1985.
Jim is well known throughout the western states for his extended tenure in the livestock industry. Hard work and straight dealing has built long lasting relationships in real estate and with farmers and ranchers across the country that carry over year after year.

Doug and his wife Diana, have two sons Ryan and Brad. Doug
was raised on his family's farm located Northeast of Iliff, Colorado. He has
been a licensed real estate broker in the state of Colorado since 1977. He
is actively involved in the listing and sale of residential, commercial, and farm

Deanie grew up in Sterling working in the family
auction business, Sterling Livestock Comm. Co., specializing in
livestock, antiques, farm machinery & equipment, and real estate sales.
While raising her 3 children, Deanie owned
and operated Deanie’s Day Care for 15 years.
She has been back at Sterling Livestock
since January 2005 and in December 2007 received her Real Estate
License. Deanie loves people and
is enjoying working with Jim and Doug in learning the real estate
business.
